Merry and bright family holiday sessions
For many months, I have been searching for a studio space for these shorter days when it's just too cold to be outside. Of course, I love snowy mountain backdrops, but who doesn't love a cozy, indoor setting this time of year? For this offering, I wanted a moody, festive backdrop that captured the warmth of the season.
When a studio space didn't manifest, I decided to build a backdrop in my living room. A dark vintage wall, local ornaments, gourmet popcorn, and homemade paper stars brought the scene together. I added pops of red and encouraged my families to wear red, white, or golden to create contrast with the backdrop.
Wow! I am so happy with the results, and I want to offer my sincere gratitude to everyone who participated. This was truly a labor of love, and I look forward to more studio sessions going forward. If you have ideas, you know where to find me.
