Backyard senior portraits with mountain views
Aubryanna and her family travel from Illinois every summer to visit her grandparents' Taos home. She really had her heart set on senior portraits here in this place that holds so many good family memories. In July, sunflowers and marigolds bloom in the home garden, which lies just a few steps from a pastoral field with views of the surrounding mountains. It is truly a special property. With a little help from Aubryanna's brother and his four-wheeler, we maneuvered over mud and cow patties to reach the best views. By incorporating barn doors, farm gates, adobe walls, and other unique elements on the property, this session felt authentic to Aubryanna's vision. The cotton candy skies were icing on a perfect evening in Taos.
